2011 ECV Grant Program
The purpose of the ECV Grant Program is to encourage and support projects which promote cycling. Activities such as Training Camps, Group Rides, Trail Projects or Youth Programs will be considered. Applications for Charity Ride Donations, Race Travel, Bicycles and related equipment or activities that have already taken place will not be considered for funding.
ECV’s Board of Directors will review all eligible applications. An e-mail acknowledgement confirming receipt of the application will be sent to the applicant. The applicant will also be notified of the proposal’s approval outcome and funding amount in a timely manner.
Applications will be reviewed and considered for funding in the order in which they are received. There will be a $500 limit per grant request and the funding will be determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion. The 2011 Grant Program will close once funding has been expended or at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
As a requirement of the program, applicants will be required to submit an activity report and event photos. These will be posted on the Essex County Velo website. Reimbursement will be made once this requirement has been satisfied.
