ECV Cyclocross Practice

ECV Cross Practice will be held on Wednesdays starting 7 September 2011. Join the ECV cross email list for more info – contact Paul Boudreau to be added to the list. Practice is open to anyone ECV member or not though you should be on this email list to attend practice. The venue and times may change from week to week and the list is how we announce these things.

Beginners Welcome – If you’ve never done cross before or you just need a few tips, come on by! Get to practice at the designated time and ECV will spend some time with you one-on-one or in small groups to get the basics down pat. Then hop into practice with the rest of the crew. Everyone’s friendly and helpful. Practice sessions include drills to improve cross skills as well as laps around our practice course. Go as fast or as slow as you like.
